Straight Sale Terms
By placing a one-time order with CUPID™, you will be charged the price shown at checkout plus any applicable shipping and handling one time. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email us at support@cupid-pro.com. Shipment via standard carrier typically takes several business days. Your card descriptor may reference CUPID™ or cupid-pro.com.
By placing your order, you may be charged a one-time fee for any optional digital or service access selected at checkout. This is a one-time charge unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise.
Subscription Terms
If you choose a recurring order option, you will be charged the amount shown at checkout now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription or the subscription automatically expires after a maximum of 12 months. You may receive an electronic notice before recurring transactions and a receipt after each successful transaction.
You may cancel your subscription anytime by emailing support@cupid-pro.com. We are available to assist with cancellation and customer support requests.
Shipping
Standard ground mail service is shipped through standard U.S. carriers. With any expedited shipping option offered at checkout, we will make your shipment a priority. Shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.
Refund and Return Policy
To obtain a refund, contact customer service by email and request return instructions before shipping any product back. Products must be returned within the applicable return period and must comply with our posted refund policy. You may be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
